As part of the Team package, we’re providing free camping on-site in an exclusive Team camping area. You’ll still need to bring your own tent, sleeping bag and any other items you may want for camping. If you don't have camping gear, you can order a Rent-A-Tent or Glamping at an additional cost. All the prices can be found on our prices page. You can also bring campervans or caravans onto the Team camping area.
Please note that you are welcome to bring up to 5 family + friends to camp with you in the team campsite. Your family will need their own tickets which can be purchased through our website. Family will not have access to the Team Hub. Alternatively you are very welcome to camp in the main campsite with family and friends.
If camping in the great outdoors isn't your thing, we have an alternative for all Team members serving at our South event. For just £15, you can camp indoors at the Dalesdown Christian Conference Centre; this covers Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night and includes a light breakfast each morning. You will be staying on the floor of one of the centre's halls. These will be split into male and female halls with access to showers and toilets. You will need to bring your own airbed, bedding and towels. Dalesdown is a 15-minute drive from Wiston House and there is no public transport, so you must have your own transport to stay here.
When can I access the centre? The centre will be open from 6pm - 11pm. The centre will be open from 4pm onwards on Friday, closing at 9am on Saturday. The centre will re-open at 10pm on Saturday and close at 9am on Sunday. On Monday, all guests will need to vacate the centre by 10am. There will be no access to the centre outside of these times and you will need to take anything you need for the day back to Wiston.
I have dietary requirements, can you cater for me? We will be providing a light breakfast of cereal, toast, porridge, tea and coffee. We are unable to cater for dietary requirements but you are welcome to bring your own food.
Can my family stay with me? Unfortunately, due to the fact that all spaces are communal, we are unable to accommodate family, friends and children. Couples with both partners serving on the Big Church Team are welcome to stay, but will be split across male and female dorms.
Are there showers and toilets? Yes, there are showers and toilets and use of them is included in the price of your ticket. You will need to bring your own toiletries and towels as these are not provided.
Do you provide bedding? No, you’ll need to bring all your own bedding, including an airbed.
Can I request who I share with? All females will be together and all males together. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate males and females together.
Are there dorm rooms with beds available? Due to the event growing so fast, we are unable to accommodate beds this year to all team. If for medical reasons you are unable to camp, please contact us and we can discuss this further: email@example.com.
Who can stay at Dalesdown? You must be part of the Big Church Team in order to book this accommodation. We are unable to offer accommodation to non-Team members. Your booking will be checked against our Team database and if you are not a Team member, then your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There is on-site parking at Dalesdown and the Big Church Day Out. Dalesdown is 15 minute-drive from Wiston House. We are unable to provide transport between Wiston and Dalesdown and there is no public transport so you will be responsible for arranging your own transport.

Is my booking transferrable? Your booking is non-transferable and no refund will be given.
I have changed my mind or I'm no longer serving as part of the Big Church Team, can I get a refund? Please consider carefully before you book your place as no refund can be given.
