HOW TO BOOK

Step 1 - Read Our Terms + Conditions

You will be asked if you have read and agreed with our Terms + Conditions when you submit your application form. Important notice - we have made some important and necessary changes to our Terms and Conditions for the 2019 event. In particular, please note new and revised deadlines for the submitting of relevant documentation in order to secure your booking.

Step 2 - Apply Online

Please fill in our online form to apply. We will assess your application and will contact you once we've decided whether or not to offer you a space or an advert.

Step 3 - Make Payment

When your application has been accepted, you will be sent an invoice that needs to be paid within 14 days. Once we have received your payment, we will email you to fully confirm your advert or space in the Bazaar or Tea Tent Market. Please see section 3 of our Terms + Conditions for information on canceling your booking.

Step 4 - PLI + Risk Assessment

If you are exhibiting in the Bazaar or Tea Tent Market you will be sent an email in the new year regarding how to upload your PLI and Risk Assessments. We will need all documents by the 1st March 2019.
